City inks rink management contract

PROVIDENCE, R.I. The city of Providence has awarded the Fleet Rink management contract to a Virginia firm.

Rink Management Services Corporation will run the outdoor rink through the winter, with an option for summer programming.

The corporation will receive a 35,000 dollar fee. Ten-thousand dollars of that money is subject to the company meeting budget expectations.
