Police arrest woman who sold flu shots at college
Email to a Friend Printer Friendly Version

MINNEAPOLIS Minneapolis police have arrested a woman who gave what she claims were flu shots to more than two dozen people -- and then fled after being confronted about it.

The woman gave the shots this week to at least 28 people at Augsburg College. State health officials say they don't know what was in the injections. As of Friday, no one had reported any ill effects.

Officials say the woman was charging 20 dollars per shot and that "everything she was doing looked professional."

The school is asking anyone who received the shots to get in touch with campus security and their own physician.
