So, John and his wife send it back to the company certified mail..but weeks later the company claims they have no record of it and refuses to give them a refund! Finally, after a month of trying, she decided to call channel 12!

Call for Action did get John's money back...but we still wanted to know if the Shark Cordless Sweeper really worked! So he agreed to try it again..

But, within 3 minutes of vacuuming this room...

As you can see the dust bag is filled up, and I've only done a short area here!
But the power does seem to hold up on a single charge and John does like it, however The Shark Sweeper is all washed up because of John's bad experience with the company.

...but now, I have a bad taste in my mouth, I know I won't rush out and buy another one.
In all fairness the Shark Cordless Sweeper did work well, it even picked up coins on the floor. . John gives it a 7 out of 12. .
