Mayor Cicilline to address homeland security conference

PROVIDENCE, R.I. Providence Mayor David Cicilline is addressing a conference analyzing security issues in America's cities.

The conference is today at Brown University in Providence.

Cicilline and Cleveland, Ohio Mayor Jane Campbell will offer their perspectives on keeping big cities secure. Other speakers are academics in public policy, urban affairs and political science.
