Missing Pennsylvania prosecutor fails to show up for work
BELLEFONTE, Pa. Courthouse workers say a missing Pennsylvania county prosecutor has not shown up for work today. The courthouse employees will only say that District Attorney Ray Gricar (GREE'-kahr) usually arrives by nine o'clock in the morning -- and he didn't today.
Police had spent yesterday searching Gricar's car for clues to his disappearance, but have not found anything.
The attorney's red-and-white mini-Cooper had been found Saturday in a parking lot and was taken to state police barracks.
The Susquehanna River near where the car was found has also been searched.
