Kent County Water Ban Called Off

A water ban is called off in Kent County. The Kent County Water Authority ended a new policy that restricted outdoor water use to one day a week. The measure was supposed to take effect Sunday to counter a water shortage. The ban was called off when hundreds of customers complained.
