DMX arrested following accident in the Bronx
NEW YORK Police in New York City say rapper D-M-X has been arrested following an accident on a Bronx expressway that injured two police officers and another woman. Police say the 34-year-old rapper, whose real name is Earl Simmons, struck a woman's car while he was driving Friday night.
The other car then hit an unmarked police cruiser with two officers inside.
The woman and the two officers had to be taken to hospitals, where they were all treated for minor injuries. All three people have been released.
Simmons is expected to appear in court next month.
