Police Officer Hit
Providence--A Providence Police officer is hit while pulling over a stolen car on Rosedale Street.
Police say the driver threw the car in reverse, hitting the cruiser's driver side and pinning the officers leg as he tries to get out of the car.
The two teenagers in the stolen car jumped out and ran off.
The officer was taken to Rhode Island Hospital with some bumps and bruises.
