Sheila's Cream Cheese Fruit Tart

Recipe shared by Sheila Davis of Tennessee.

16 oz creeam cheese, room temp.
1 tsp Vanilla
1 pint heavy whipping cream
1 1/2 cups of powder sugar
2 cups of any type fruit, or mixed fruit. Fresh is best.

Cream the cheese with the sugar in mixer. Pour in the rest of the ingredients and whip until very stiff. Pour in bowl, making a birds nest.

Place cut up fresh fruit or canned in the center. Garnish with fresh mint if you have it.
