No Peek Casserole
Recipe shared by Sherry of Indiana.
1 1/2 to 2 lbs beef (cut into cubes)
1 can Cambell's Mushroom Soup
1 cup red cooking wine (may substitute water)
1 pkg Lipton onion soup
Stir ingredients in a 3 qt casserole dish, cover, and bake in a preheated oven at 325 degrees for 3 hrs. DON'T PEEK! Stir and serve over noodles or rice.
