Raspberry Spanish Coffee
Ingredients:
1/2 oz. 151 Rum
1 oz. Coffee liqueur
1/2 oz. Raspberry liqueur
Coffee
Fresh whipped cream
Sugar, super fine
Orange slice
Fresh raspberries
Cinnamon sticks
Directions:
- Rub orange slice along rim of glass
- Dip glass in sugar
- Add rum and carefully ignite rum so sugar on glass caramelizes
- Add coffee and raspberry liqueurs
- Add coffee
- Top with whipped cream
- Garnish with fresh raspberries and cinnamon stick
