Missing hikers found dead in Utah canyon
SALT LAKE CITY A sad end to the search for a pair of missing college students who failed to return from a hike last week. The bodies of the two men from Brigham Young University were found Tuesday in a pool of water in a narrow canyon in southern Utah.
Authorities think the pair was trying to cross the water in the canyon when they drowned. There had been no flash floods in the area.
They say the water was ten to 15 feet deep.
