Majority Leader takes on a Supreme Court Justice
WASHINGTON U-S House Majority Leader Tom DeLay has lashed out at Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy. DeLay calls Kennedy's work "incredibly outrageous." DeLay says Kennedy has become a judicial activist because he's based some of his work on international law rather than the U-S Constitution and has used the Internet for research.
The Texas Republican also says in an interview on Fox News Radio that there are a "lot of Republican-appointed judges that are judicial activists."
The Number Two House Republican has openly criticized the federal courts since they refused to order the reinsertion of a feeding tube for a severely brain-damaged Florida woman.
