Spicy Tater Wedges

Preheat oven to 350' about five large potatoes cut in wedges. Pour about 1/2 cup of oil into a glass cake pan. Put potatoes in pan, and season with Tony's Creole, garlic salt and salt. Bake until tender and brown.
