Chicken Enchilada Casserole

16 oz sour cream
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Minced onion (to taste)
2 12oz pkgs shredded colby jack cheese
2 cans (9.75oz) chunk chicken
1 bag Taco Doritos (13 1/2oz)
In a medium size bowl, mix sour cream, soup, onion, one 12oz package of the cheese and chicken. Crush the Doritos in the bag. Spread half of the Doritos in the bottom of a 13x9 pan (I use a glass pan). Top with the soup mixture. Spread the last bag of cheese on top and top with the rest of the crushed Doritos. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 min.
