Spinach Casserole

3 pkgs. frozen spinach
1 can artichoke hearts (marinated)
8 oz. cream cheese
3/4 stick oleo
1 can water chestnuts (sliced)
1/2 cup bread crumbs
Cook spinach as directed and drain. Drain artichoke hearts and cut in half Melt butter in saucepan, add cream cheese, spinach and chestnuts. Line dish with aartichokes and cover with mixture. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Serves four. You may leave out the artichoke hearts and it is still good.
