Potato Soup

5 lb. of potatoes
1 can evaporated milk
1 stick of butter
1 can chicken broth
1 onion
Cut potatoes into small chuncks, dice onion. Place onion, potato, and and butter in pan and cook until potatoes are done. Add chicken broth and evaporated milk, continue to cook until it comes to a boil. May be kept in crockpot, will thicken. Feeds 8 or more.
