( St. Petersburg, Fla.-AP) -- Knuckleballer Tim Wakefield starts for the Boston Red Sox on Thursday in Game Two of the American League divisional series against the Oakland Athletics.

Pedro Martinez will pitch the opener for Boston on Wednesday.

Derek Lowe will start Game Three at Fenway Park on Saturday.

Manager Grady Little said after the Red Sox lost 5-to-4 to Tampa Bay tonight that the team has done (quote) everything we could think of to put the rotation together.

John Burkett or Martinez, whos on a three-day rest, could start Game 4 if the series goes that long.
