Party Potatoes

1, 8 oz. sour cream
1, 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 stick butter
Paprika
1 box instant potatoes (your favorite brand)
Using the directions for the instant potatoes, yield (4-6) servings when making this recipe. After making instant potatoes, add sour cream and cream cheese and stir until mixed well. Place potatoes in a greased casserole dish, melt butter and sprinkle over top of potato mixture and top with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees or until bubbly hot.
