Man Stabbed In The Neck Drives Himself to Hospital
An Eyewitness News Exclusive.
A 30 year old man from Cranston is stabbed in the neck. And as he's bleeding from his wounds,
he drives himself to the hospital.
The victim showed up at Rhode Island Hospital Thursday night with a stab wound to his neck, and defense wounds to his wrist and knee. Police were called to the hospital and later dusted his car, which was still in the hospital's parking lot, for fingerprints.
A source tells Eyewitness News the man told a nurse he was collecting rent when he was stabbed. But police say the man doesn't own any rental properties. This morning the man is recovering after surgery. Police are hoping to talk to him later today.
