Crab Cheese Balls
Email to a Friend Printer Friendly Version

Submitted by Kathy White

1 lb. imitation crabmeat

2-8oz. creamcheese

6-green onions chopped

3Tb. powdered sugar

Take crabmeat out of package and pull apart each piece of meat until it looks shredded. Place in a bowl. Then add remaining ingredients and mix with your hands. Now form into a ball and place on a tray. Surround the ball with Ritz crackers and you have a delicious appetizer even kids love. You can also make this recipe and put small pieces of this in won ton wraps and fry till brown and you have crab rangoon.  Enjoy!
