Cornbread Salad
Recipe shared by Bonnie Smith of Kentucky.
2c.cornmeal
1/2c flour
1 egg
1c.milk
2c.water
Mix the first five ingredients together and sprinkle on the bottom of a greased pan. Then bake until light brown.While it cools prepare remaining ingredients.
1cucumber
1 med.sweet onion
3 stalks of celery
1 small jar of green olives
1c.bacon bits
8 ounces of Ranch dressing
Cut cucumber,onion,celery, and olives into small pieces. Crumble cornbread into small crumbs in a large bowl. Add cucumber,onion,celery,olives and bacon bits. Mix these ingredients. Add the Ranch dressing and mix again.
