Chocolate Chip Muffins

Recipe shared by Carrie of Michigan.

� C butter or oleo, softened
6 tbs. Brown Sugar
6 tbs. White Sugar
1 egg
� tsp. Vanilla
1 C plus 2 tbs. flour
� tsp. Baking soda
� tsp. Salt

Mix together first 5 ingredients. Add in flour, baking soda and salt. Mix like cookies and drop them into muffin papers. Bake at 375 for 10 � 12 minutes.

Remove from oven and watch them fall.

Filling (step 2):
� C Brown sugar
1 Egg
� tsp. Vanilla
1/8 tsp. Salt
� C Chopped nuts
1 C Chocolate Chips

Mix together first four ingredients and then add in the nuts and chips. Drop by tablespoon full into center of fallen cupcakes. Bake an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
