Corn Dip
Recipe shared by Gary Clark of Missouri.
2 cans mexican corn - drained well
1 can ro-tel tomatoes - drained really well
3 green onions - chopped fine
8 oz pkg shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbl sour cream
2 tbl mayonaisse
Mix together in bowl - chill overnight.
Serve with Doritos (I use the dipping kind).
