Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, salt, and butter. In a separate bowl, lightly beat egg and c of milk. Mix with flour-butter batter. On a lightly floured surface, roll dough to 1/8-inch thickness. Using cookies cutters, cut into Christmas tree shapes. Place about 1 tsp. raspberry jam on the bottom of 1 cookie, top with another cookie. Repeat with remaining cookies.

In a small mixing bowl, stir together powdered sugar, vanilla, and enough milk to make a glazing consistency. Add in several drops of green food coloring until desired color.
