Chocolate Fondue
Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch
- � cup unsweetened cocoa
- � tsp. salt
- 4 cups skim milk
- 3 tbsp. light margarine
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- � tsp. butter flavoring
Directions:
Mix together the first four dry ingredients together in a saucepan. Add the skim milk and stir well. Cook over medium heat to a boil. Lower heat and let simmer for 20 minutes. Add margarine, vanilla, and butter flavoring. Let simmer for another 2-3 minutes. Dip your choice of fresh fruit!
