University of Rhode Island hosts Law Day today
PROVIDENCE, R.I. The University of Rhode Island is hosting the 21st annual Law Day today in Providence. Specialists will lead workshops on topics including downloading the Internet, school violence, verbal and physical abuse and video surveillance.
The keynote speech will be given by Robert Corrente, the US Attorney in Rhode Island. Other speakers include the president of the Rhode Island Bar Association and Justice Albert DeRobbio.
The event begins at 8:45 am at URI's Feinstein Providence campus.
