Tractor-trailer targeted in latest L-A freeway shooting
Email to a Friend Printer Friendly Version

LOS ANGELES California police say a tractor-trailer was hit by a bullet Wednesday, making it the latest vehicle struck in a spate of freeway shootings around Los Angeles.

There have been 12 such incidents this year in South California and four people have been killed. Authorities say no one was hurt in this shooting.

They add that the driver says he did not realize that he'd been shot at, but heard something hit his trailer while he was driving on the Long Beach Freeway.

They say his colleagues discovered the bullet hole when returned to his company's headquarters.
