B-T-K suspect due in court
WICHITA, Kan. Dennis Rader is in court today in Kansas for the second time since his arrest in the B-T-K serial killings in the Midwest. The suburban Wichita man faces ten counts of first-degree murder. The preliminary hearing that starts today could last for several days as prosecutors describe their evidence.
It's the first time he and the public are hearing the evidence.
But Rader could waive the hearing and simply enter a plea to the charges.
The B-T-K serial killer taunted police and media with cryptic messages for 30 years.
