Belzberg Technologies Inc. Re-files Third Quarter 2004 Financial Statements and MD&A. Financial Data remains Unchanged
TORONTO, Feb. 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Belzberg Technologies Inc. (TSX - BLZ) today announced that it has upon the request of the Ontario Securities Commission re-filed through SEDAR (http://www.sedar.com/) its third quarter 2004 financial statements to include the notes thereto and has re-filed its third quarter 2004 Management Discussion and Analysis to provide additional narrative on the results from operations. The Corporation's 2004 financial data together with the prior year comparatives remain unchanged and are identical to that reported on November 2, 2004.
