WICHITA, Kan. The F-B-I is examining a package of items that police say they believe is linked to the B-T-K serial killings in Wichita, Kansas. The B-T-K serial killer, whose nickname stands for "Bind, Torture, Kill," is linked to eight unsolved murders from 1974 to 1986.
A resident found the bundled items yesterday.
Footage taken by a television station shows the package includes an unidentified wrapped metallic object and blurred images of three pages purported to be a list of chapters of a book entitled "The B-T-K Story."
Police have sent the items to the F-B-I.
