British police seize half-ton of cocaine hidden in coconuts
LONDON It could be quite possibly the most expensive transfer of coconuts ever. British customs officers say they've seized a half-ton of cocaine valued at 190 (m) million dollars inside a batch of coconuts.
Authorities have arrested six men in connection with the crime.
They suspect the men of arranging for the Guyana shipment to arrive at an east London market.
The drugs were allegedly hidden inside the fruit.
