Three injured in Mosul church bombings
MOSUL, Iraq Militants have bombed two churches in the northern Iraqi city of Mosul. The coordinated attack apparently is aimed at stirring trouble between religious groups. Authorities say three people were wounded in the first blast. An hour later, gunman stormed another church -- ordering a handful of people outside before bombing it. No one was injured.
The religious denominations of the churches isn't clear.
Islamic militants have regularly targeted Iraq's multiethnic population -- including minority Christians -- in a bid to disrupt the U-S-led reconstruction of the country.
