PROVIDENCE, R.I. (AP) -- The Internal Revenue Service has more than 150-thousand dollars in tax refunds owed to Rhode Islanders. The IRS says the checks owed to 240 taxpayers can be reissued as soon as the agency gets their correct addresses. Taxpayers can check the agency's Web site at www.irs.gov to see if they are owed money.
