Lunar Eclipse
Lunar eclipse will provide extra entertainment during World Series MIAMI (AP) _ Baseball fans will have a couple of orbs to focus on tonight.
In addition to the baseballs being tossed at Busch Stadium in St. Louis, there's a total lunar eclipse tonight. It will start after 9 p-m, Eastern time, and should reach totality about an hour later.
Observatories around the country will be staying open late to give stargazers a view through their telescopes. But, astronomers say the earth's passage between the sun and moon is easy to see with the naked eye.
The director of the Miami Planetarium says the moon may take on an orange glow, making it look like a big pumpkin hanging in the sky.
This will be the last full lunar eclipse until March of 2007.
