South Korea on alert for possible North Korean infiltration
SEOUL, South Korea South Korea is on high alert over possible infiltration by North Korean agents. Officials say border guards found a hole cut in a fence at the border. The alert comes during Secretary of State Colin Powell's visit to Seoul. He's urging the North to return to nuclear talks if it wants international assistance.
Powell says the United States and South Korea are committed to a "peaceful denuclearized Korean Peninsula."
Powell also says the U-S has no plan to attack the North and doesn't "have any hostile intent."
