Kerry campaigning in Florida
Email to a Friend Printer Friendly Version

DAVIE, FL Democratic presidential nominee John Kerry gets in some campaigning in Florida today before heading to New Mexico to get ready for the final debate with President Bush on Wednesday.

Meantime, Kerry pollsters say there's ample evidence that debate number two may have helped Kerry. The say swing voters were impressed with what they saw and heard.

Pollster Stan Greensberg also says the charge that Kerry has flip-flopped on issues seems to have lost some of its power. He says voters either no longer care or have heard the charges too often.

At appearances in the battleground states of Ohio and Florida yesterday, Kerry questioned President Bush's priorities. At a rally outside Cleveland, Kerry said that if elected, he would fight harder to create jobs for Americans than to keep his own.
