New head of public safety at T.F. Green
WARWICK, R.I. There's a new head of public safety at T.F. Green Airport, and he's a familiar face to many. Brendan Doherty, who served for 24 years in the state police, has been hired as assistant vice president for public safety at Green. He replaces William Steinkamp, who was promoted to senior vice president of operations and maintenance.
As public safety head, Doherty oversees the state Airport Corporation's police, fire and aeronautics departments.
