The best way to...
The best temperature:
Red wine is best served room temperature; white is better slightly chilled.
The best way to open a wine bottle is with a cork screw. There are lots of clever devices out there to get the cork out of the bottle but the tried and true corkscrew is considered the best. Corkscrews range in price from a couple of bucks to a couple of hundred dollars. The goal is all the sameget the wine from inside the bottle to the outside.
The best way to store wine is to keep the bottle tilted enough to keep the cork wet, but not anything like upside down. The atmosphere should be cool, dark and stable. The wine should be able to just sit still.
