Ultimate Chopper

It's called the Ultimate Chopper. But for this Cranston woman, it became an ultimate pain in the neck. So, she calls for action.  The Ultimate Chopper quickly became an ultimate dud for jenny.

Jenny Buonaiuto, Cranston:

The very first time I was chopping parsley, and the blade fell off.

Jenny hadn't even owned the chopper for more than just a few hours...and already it was broken.  She assumed for a $75.00 product, the company would be more than willing to send her a replacement blade right?

Jenny:

Well, they kept switching you from 1 person to another and yes, we'll send it to you...we'll send it to you.

But all she got was the runaround for nearly 6 months until she called for action and we got her a new blade. Now, jenny was back in action!

Jenny:

Well, good, I got a nice piece of parmesan cheese, Ill try grating that it did for a minute and then the whole motor just stopped!

That's right, broken again.  And guess who she called?

Jenny:

I contacted you guys again.

Call for action called the company that distributes the ultimate chopper, even we got the runaround for months. But ultimately in the end the consumer got what she deserved.

Jenny:

I guess you guys contacted them and the next day i found the chopper at my door!

And jenny is back in business again...hopefully for good this time.

Jenny:

If you bought a product and it doesn't work, you should be able to call the company and have them replace it.  Or talk to someone who can help you.

Susan:

None of that happened?

Jenny:

None of that happened.
