A bank robbery suspect is facing charges. Police arrested Joseph Beaver, 38, on Friday afternoon. Police say he robbed a Sovereign Bank on Smith Street Friday morning. An eyewitness was able to get a description of the getaway car and follow Beaver for a short time - leading to his arrest. He's charged with first degree robbery and firearms violations.
