(Narragansett-AP) -- A fugitive that's on the state of Tennessee's Ten Most Wanted has been arrested in Rhode Island.

Narragansett police stopped a car with two men for a plate light violation on Saturday night, and later arrested them for marijuana possession.

One of men told officers his name was Ricky Moore. The F-B-I told the police he was really Ricky McDonald, and was wanted in Tennessee.

McDonald was wanted for a parole violation, stemming from his conviction on a murder charge. He has been on the lam since June 2002.

He told police he'd been working on fishing boats in the Narragansett area since July.
