Atari goes back to the good ol' days

Undated-AP -- Atari is walking down memory lane with its new "Ten-In-One" T-V game system.

There aren't any fancy graphics on these games, just a link to video games of the past.

The system has the original Atari 2600 console reduced to the size of the Atari joystick.

Once you turn on the "Ten-In-One", you are asked to select from the ten classic games available.

The titles include "Pong," "Breakout," "Missile Command," "Asteroids," "Centipede," "Circus Atari" and "Yar's Revenge."

"Pong" is the original table tennis game. Not a lot of technology went into this, the ball just pings back and forth on the screen.

"Asteroids" pits a space ship against flying space boulders and enemy U-F-Os.

In "Circus Atari," you must pop balloons by catching a clown on a teeter-totter.

The graphics aren't pretty, but the Atari "Ten-In-One machine only costs about 20 dollars and can easily hook up to your television set.
