  A 19-year-old girl from Providence was shot in the leg outside her apartment.  
  It happened at the Manton Heights apartments on Sal-Mon Street at midnight.  

Police say the victim  managed to walk inside to call for help, while she was bleeding from her wound. 
   

The suspect is still on the run.
