Financial Trouble For Regency Apartments
Email to a Friend
Printer Friendly Version

Tonight, more fall out surrounding the regency apartment tower in new bedford.
    Money problems.
Managers now say the regency is some 20-million dollars in debt.
Meaning it has no cash to fix the brick facade that's in danger of falling off. That repair would cost 7 million dollars.
Right now - city officials are reviewing if the building is safe to live in. Last week residents were forced out of their apartments, after officials warned them of the lose bricks.
