Open top of beer can completely, Pour off 1/4 of the beer and oil the can all over, add 4 teaspoons of chopped garlic to the can of beer, Rub olive oil on and inside the chicken,rub favorite herbs & spices, salt & pepper,etc., place the greased can of beer inside the chicken so it is standing.
