(Pittsburgh-AP) -- ItÔŅĹs been a century since the Red Sox faced the Pittsburgh Pirates in a meaningful game. The two teams will have to wait one more night before renewing acquaintances.

TonightÔŅĹs game between the Pirates and Red Sox was postponed because of rain. The game will be made up as part of a doubleheader tomorrow starting at 5:05 p-m.

BostonÔŅĹs new pitching acquisition, Byung-Hyun Kim, was set to throw for Boston tonight and will now take the mound in the first-game tomorrow. Kris Benson gets the call for Pittsburgh.

The Red Sox are looking to reverse their five-game losing streak. Boston pitchers were hammered for 34 runs in three games with the Blue Jays and have surrendered 51 runs in all during the five-game losing streak.

The Red Sox are now one-and-a-half games behind the Yankees in the American League East and are only a half-game ahead of third-place Toronto.
