42-year-old Ray Laplume, of Warwick,  was arraigned Tuesday in Kent County District Court and is now being held without bail. He faces charges of repeatedly molesting an 11-year-old boy. The first alleged assault happened in November 2001. Prosecutors say assaults continued until March. Police say some of the alleged incidents happened at Shady Fishing Pond in Warwick.
   The District Attorney's office says Laplume has no prior record except for a plea of no contest last year to assisting in the delinquency of a child. He'll be back in court June 12th.
