Breaking News out of New Bedford. A 19 year old man has been shot in the chest. Our crew says it happened around 3pm on Penniman St in New Bedford. The injured man was shot while walking down the street. He has serious injuries and is at St. Lukes Hospital. The gunman was arrested by Police a short time after the shooting.
