A local man accused of licking women's feet is heading back to court. Raymond Dublin is now on trial in Milford, Massachusetts. He's facing charges for assault and battery and lewd conduct for licking a woman's foot in a Bellingham supermarket. Dublin already served one year in prison for similar crimes in Rhode Island.
